I like to knit in the garden. Soaking up the vitamin D and being in the moment. My current project has 100 stitches in a row. It takes around 5-6 minutes, though I have never timed myself. After a row I like to walk around for at least 300 steps. I have a course set. I sometimes feel that if I put my knitting down a rogue cat will come by and start batting away at my project. Destroying my 1-month work in progress. I would cry. I would start again and tell the person I'm gifting this to a curious cat got caught in a web. I also think that I am going to pull off the stitches by accident. I never had a reason to buy a needle stopper. I reckon I do now.
I found out that a yarn store I want to go to has re-opened after a construction problem.
Here's to knitting and purling.
