For my sixth pick, I drafted a kicker

"I don't include kickers on my team because their stats don't make a difference."
"Fantasy football reminds me of playing Pokémon."
"I only draft players who aren't scary looking in their team photo."

I didn't say the first quote because I love kickers and I respect their craft. It's a random head scratch of a theory that I heard secondhand. That person is a moron or maybe that person is a genius. I don't know. I like the headache of checking on my team during a game. Though possibly only Noobs do this. Though I watched a commerical where a guy was checking his score whilst watching the game. I feel like a noob even though this is the fourth year of being in a league. I don't have any good luck charms or idiosyncrasies, that I am aware of, during the season. I tend to have two quarterbacks on my roster and the first season I only drafted Patriots players. That was the season I did not rotate my roster, only because I didn't know how to do it.

Week 5...
Monday Night Football. Inside the two minute warning.

I am 2-2 and in 11th place.  Nevermind that for the first two weeks I was in first place, for the first time ever in my league. This week I am up against team "Macaroni and Brees" by 15.38 points. Which makes me want to eat the non-football player part of his name. I'm watching this game with anxiety. Both of us have players in this game, playing for the same team. The game ends and I win 118.02 to 102.64. Hopefully, I move up in the standings. I would hate to have been in first and drop to 14th place which would be last place in our league.
